First off this product arrived from the seller earlier than I had expected so that was a plus; at least when I had placed the order.
Sticking the skin on the cover of my 1000HE was fairly easy, after aligning it as best as I could, (off by a few millimeters, OK OK, I'm obsessive complusive) I used the cloth that came with my 1000HE to push away the few bubbles that had formed. I liked how the second part of the skin decal had the icons for power, battery, hard-drive and wireless connection; so that was another plus. Although it did cover the Intel and Windows stickers but that's not really a big deal.
The only small negative thing is that I should have ordered a different color like red but I'll make due with this one. As the other rewiers have stated it does offer protection from sctaches and it does reduce fingerprints being all over the cover; (mine is blue). I'd definitely would order another one; maybe a year later just to give the appearance that I have another netbook.
So far I like it and would recommend this for your netbook.

This B&W Fleur sticker looks elegant on my black Asus 1000he. It has stopped the fingerprint smudges from overtaking it & it's also a good scratch resister.
