Bought this case for an Acer Aspire One, which is a bit smaller than the EEE S101. The unit fits in very well, but there's no room for the power adapter. Even in the external pocket, I have to cram the cables to make the adapter fit, and then it looks like the pocket will be torn apart. So I gave up and put the adapter in a separate bag.
On the other hand, the external pocket is large enough to store a few cables - I keep a cable lock, a 3 or 4-feet network cable and a small USB to PS/2 adapter in there, and there's still room for more.
Finish is nice, and padding is excellent. I don't use the bands, however, because it seems to me that the laptop doesn't get proper ventilation when inside the case, so I always take it out while using it.
