Product as ordered from Comptick is described as compatible with Asus Eee 2G Surf. I ordered it for this unit and it did not fit in the battery compartment: grooves on replacement battery were different from the original and the length of the battery itself was longer than the original. To their credit, Comptick was good about providing me with a free UPS shipping return label via email, but I wouldn't have ordered it if the listing had been correct.

I recently purchased this sleeve for my new netbook. i love it as it is very colorful, displays my personality and it is functional as well. I have the Toshiba netbook, which has a 6 cell battery, so the battery pack is bigger than the average netbook. I was concerned if this was going to be an issue to be able to use this sleeve. I bought this for my nephew for Christmas last year to go with his new Asus EEE PC and it's a perfect fit for the 10" laptop with plenty of room for his cords, as well as his ipod, PSP, cell phone & charger and all of the little accessories. He wears it across his chest and it has a nice look. Actually, he looks fashionably brainy wearing this and it's small size doesn't overwhelm him. I would highly recommend this for a kid, especially one who has a lot of small electronics in addition to his laptop. My nephew is having a lot less trouble remembering where he put all of his electronics since getting this bag, because when he isn't using them, he's made a habit of keeping them in this bag. I bought the CaseCrown Premium Double Memory Foam Laptop Case with Extra Pocket (Nylon Navy Blue) for Samsung NC10 Netbook for my other nephew who received the same computer for Christmas and it was a total waste of money, he wants one of these, I'll likely replace that much less versatile bag with this one, since my younger nephew has a lot of trouble with misplacing his electronics. I would love to see this bag offered in other colors, the only reason I didn't get my other nephew this bag was due to the fact that he wanted a blue one & I didn't want the two brothers to be getting their bags mixed up.

I ordered this product about a month ago and just received it today. I had to inquire from the vendor where it was to find out that it was back ordered. This was a week ago. They did rebate some of the shipping cost for the delay which was nice, but the shipping cost wasn't high in the first place.



The bag is very nice I must say. It converts from over the shoulder to back pack and is an ideal size for the 10" netbook. It would be too big for smaller netbooks. It has plenty of padding and pockets for mouse, power supply, memory sticks and many other things. There are cell phone and water bottle pockets. The case is nice, but the vendor is so-so in the service dept.

I bought this messenger for my Asus Eee PC 1000HE. It fits perfectly with the sleeve on. It's meant to maybe a 12" laptop but with a sleeve its great for smaller laptops or netbooks. The bag is well padded and has many compartments and a water bottle pouch. This is great for travel too when you need to bring some of your necessities. For the price, its definitely a great buy.

Everything fits! Basic/normal Computer-related things and school-related things as well can easily go in or out. My acer aspire one fits perfectly well (horizontally), though there's plenty of space, in my case it's a convenience. To my amazement this "messenger" could be used as a backpack. I've gone through plenty of backpacks/messenger bags and I really wasn't happy with either of them. This one beats them all! This thing can carry all I had in two backpacks with no problem and for the price... there's no argument there, I'd pay more for it if I had to. It's all I expected and more. Get one now! =D

I was surprised to discover that this bag does not have any padding on the bottom of the bag, dangerous if you set it down too hard on a firm surface. It has a separate sleeve for the PC but requires that a 1000HE with its larger battery forces you to insert it top down and it still may not protect the netbook if you set it down too hard. The nylon material is fairly thin but the bag is spacious enough and has pockets for most things you might need to accompany your netbook. I am returning it to Senyx who's customer service department has been fast in responding and very accommodating. I will spend a bit more to get a better bag and more protection for my netbook.

This bag fits the Asus 1000HE nicely. You can put the netbook in it with zippered sleeve that comes with the netbook. You still have enough room to put the wired power supply unit and a cordless laser mouse and headphones in the attached pouches.The only downside is the tag showing on the outside of the bag, but its easily removed with a sharp blade cutting the thread that's holding it on the bag. It also comes with a longer shoulder strap or the carrying handle you can see in the picture that has snap studs on it. Overall, the perfect size bag for this netbook and probably everything you would want to carry to support the netbook.

This bag is useful and as pictured online, but BLACK. It actually looked BROWN on my monitor.



Have used it for one outing so far and the zippers zipped and the Velcro held. It came with a shoulder strap, but that strap has no extra padding. Overall it is a useful functional bag and the only things I didn't like was that the shoulder strap was plain with no pad nor padding added.



The bag holds plenty making it suitable for use as a tote bag for a variety of gear, not just for use with a Netbook. I'm keeping mine even though it is a different color than expected.
