"Sleek, perfectly fitted leather case..." 2009-05-22
By N. Smith
This is a wonderful, well-made leather case for the Asus 1000he. There are several slim pockets under the screen cover side for memory cards & a few business cards and the leather is high quality.

The only bad news is that there is a small leather strip running under the space bar (and above the touch pad) that makes the space bar a little difficult to hit when typing fast. You have to angle your thumb down more to hit the space bar or else you'll be blocked by the leather strip.

My friend noticed this right away but if you don't mind this minor annoyance, this case is for you! I figure that I can either cut this leather part off or remove the cover when typing extensively. Problem solved.

I love my ASUS EEEPC 1000HE, but it has a gloss surface that collects fingerprints like eyes on a beautiful woman. This case is a perfect fit (snug, solid) and a perfect solution to the fingerprint issue. Even with the leather case the netbook fits in the neoprene cover that came with my 1000HE. And the price is good, too.

"Good Buy for the money" 2009-05-12
By Sherman Cheng (USA)
I purchased this pouch because I am always on the go with the Asus and needed some protection. The pouch can appear quite girlie if you just carry it alone. I put my Asus inside and then slide the pouch inside my backpack. It is basically extra cushioning. Am glad about the puchase.

 "Almost perfect case" 2009-05-07
By drew4237 (WI)
This is possible the most convenient case for the eeepc 1000's. It allows you to use the netbook inside of the case and then just quickly close it and zip it up to completely protect the netbook. I would greatly recommend this case to anyone. This case doesn't have a pocket on it so you cant take the power cable with you as easily but I almost always put it in my backpack so I can just put the cables in that bag.

The reason I didn't give this case a 5 star rating is because the case makes the netbook generate a little bit more heat than if it wasn't in a case. I do realize that there isn't much to do about it.

I don't want to stop people from buying this case because it generates heat. It doesn't overheat the netbook it is just a noticeable amount. I never worry about it over heating because the fans never turn up to cool it.

"All the netbook protection you should need" 2009-04-07
By S. Hallgring (Jersey Shore, USA)
This memory foam case is just enough protection for my ASUS 1000HE while still not creating a bulky storage problem when traveling. I like the way it fits over the corners and opens the netbook when the case is opened. There is no storage space for a charger but my netbook doesn't need one for 9.5 hours. I'm good to go for the day at least. At 20.00 it is a quality built case for a good price.

 "Review of ASUS 160GB 10.1 Netbook" 2009-03-31
By Harry Fleming
This computer is very convenient for travel and everyday

computing needs. The built in camera and wireless internet

make it easy to work anywhere. I would recommend this

product to people who need a small product with all the

functionality of a large computer.

 "Not big enough!" 2009-03-01
By Jimmy (Houton, Texas)
This was listed as a zipper cover for the Asus EeePC 1000HA but it is too small. The slip cover that comes with the Asus is better and it fits fine. For more protection go with something else that is bigger and with more padding.
