I had to return this to Amazon because of what I consider a fatal flaw in the keyboard design. You'll notice that the up arrow key is just below the
enter key. On most keyboards, the shift key is below the enter key so if you miss, nothing bad happens. On this terrible machine, it was fairly often the case that when I tried for enter, I got the up arrow and it threw me into a different part of the document. It was unbearable. Avoid this machine if you value your sanity.

Seems to be very slow, the mouse clicker on the keyboard is very tin like and somewhat unresponssive. The battery does not hold a charge, I had to send it back at my cost and get a new one. Now the machine runs very warm when plugged in. I will follow up with service again, first experience was not great, lots of transferring before I got help.

I have had this computer for almost a year and it has never given any trouble. The internet can be a bit slow at times if you are doing too many things at once (or if you have an anti-virus running). I have ordered some more memory and that should fix it. I trade on it and it has always executed my trades quickly. Also, I left it on the top of my car and it fell off and it still works just fine! It has fallen a couple of times and still going strong! Perfect product if you are on the go.....

I got the computer and downloaded my Microsoft Office and HP printer software. The machine was so slow that I had to send it back. Come to think of it, it was slow before I even downloaded the software.

I have used this netbook for less than 2 months & it no longer works. A replacement was shipped to me via UPS overnight. I am very happy!

I am very satisfied with this netbook. I use it for browsing the web, and for my online course activities. It is lightweight enough that when I pack it up to take along with me, I don't feel weighted down.
It is important to note that it uses flash memory instead of a hard drive. The flash drive has 16 GB of storage. If that does not suit your needs, you will not want this computer. For me, it's just perfect. I don't plan on saving a lot of files on the computer, other than the papers I am writing.
For me, durability is a MUST. I have to admit, this little netbook has taken more than its share of mishaps. My three year old finds it absolutely irresistible, and sometimes manages to get her hands on it. Once she dropped it (to the floor) when I entered the room. Another time, she sat on it. The computer kept on working just fine.
It is very simple to use, right out of the box! It is great for students, casual internet users, and travelers. It is *not* meant for gamers who need much higher speed and greater memory.
I would give it 5 stars if the battery life was a bit longer. I have to plug it in after about 2 1/2 - 3 hours of use.
