When I ordered this product, I was thrilled cause I can't find any hard cover plastic case for my laptop. The only ones for the ASUS EEE PC 1000 is only found online. When I got the case, it arrived earlier than expected. But when I opened it, I was disappointed. The case had scratches on the top and bottom of the case and when I tried to put it on, it would not snap in place. The corners looked like it was warn out. It also looked like it was previoulsy used. However, I sent a complaint to the company about the case, they said they were sorry, and the costumer's satisfactory is their number one priority. They sent me another with no extra charge or shipping.
They were very nice to me, I would definately buy another product from them.
