I have this battery for a couple months now. I am very happy with it. Relative compact size, very portable but very high capacity. Wow.... My netbook can now last more than one full day without charge.My friend has another battery from a different brand. However, it has lower capacity and seem to be less well build. It lasts much shorter than mine. You should buy this if you want watch movies or playing games on your netbook for your long flight or road trip.

I purchased this battery, and did receive it promptly from the dealer, service so far has been quick and impressive. I installed the battery, charged it for 12 hours, and Windows XP Pro on a 1000H model with all BIOS, driver, and MS updates (meticulously maintained) fails to recognize the charge level of the battery (shows 0%), and the charging LED blinks red, indicating that the unit is not recognizing/being reported a charge level from the battery. I have contacted the dealer 8 hours ago and am awaiting a responce from them. Maybe I received a DOA battery (possible) and have yet to see what the dealer policy is on this issue, but I bought this item from Amazon expecting high quality and compatability vs. Ebay and saving some serious cash. I'll follow up when I hear back from the dealer.
